Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SubTrackr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

SubTrackr is a personal subscription management tool that helps you track, organize, and manage your recurring expenses. The Service allows you to manually enter and monitor your subscriptions, set budget goals, receive renewal reminders, and view spending analytics. SubTrackr is an organizational tool and does not provide financial advice, connect to your bank accounts, or make financial transactions on your behalf (other than processing your SubTrackr Premium subscription payment through Stripe).

Accounts

You may use SubTrackr as a guest without creating an account. Guest data is stored only in your browser and is not backed up or synced. To access features like cloud sync and premium capabilities, you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the subscription information you enter into SubTrackr. We do not verify the details of your subscriptions, including costs, renewal dates, or service names. Renewal reminders and spending calculations are based entirely on the data you provide. You should always verify important dates and amounts directly with your subscription providers before making financial decisions.

Premium Subscriptions and Payments

SubTrackr offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. By subscribing to Premium, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate until you cancel. You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain Premium access until then.

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with SubTrackr Premium, please contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal for a refund. Refund requests made after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SubTrackr to engage in any unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, transmit malware or harmful code, overload or disrupt the Service through automated means, or use the Service for any purpose other than personal subscription management.

Intellectual Property

The SubTrackr name, logo, design, and all associated content are the property of SubTrackr. You retain ownership of all subscription data and personal information you enter into the Service. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export feature.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SubTrackr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. SubTrackr is not a financial advisor, and nothing in the Service should be construed as financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubTrackr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, missed renewal dates, incorrect spending calculations, or financial decisions made based on information displayed in the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SubTrackr at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use of SubTrackr after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
